EHS Racing designed Power Commander PCV and PC6 Maps

Here at EHS Racing its no secret the Raptor 700 is one of the ATV's we are known for. It's hard to count how many we have tuned since this platform came out in 2006. There is probably not a scenario we have not run into. We not only build them, we tune them daily for customers and other shops. After 15 years and well more than 1000 Raptor 700's tuned we are going to open up our map database to the public.

2015 + Single Exhaust Basic Map

This matrix is to select`the common mods Big 3 to Big 5 with a full single exhaust. IF you have a dual exhaust please use the correct matrix for those options we also have another one for higher end builds with more HP.

Maps Built In House

These maps are all 100% built in house by Eric PLEASE do not share these on the internet. They have been kept private for as long as they have been, mainly for this reason.

Do you need a different / custom scenario?

Odds are we have it covered, more than likely one of these maps above will be close enough for the majority. These are SUBSTANTIALLY BETTER maps than the rest of the garbage, floating around the internet (other than a few people's) . We have tons of these maps with special fuels like U4.4/ MR12 that can be purchased as well (extra $25)

PCV Maps Vs PC 6 Maps

Power Commander 5 and 6 Maps will both come with ignition tables designed around 93 std fuel. PC5 maps can/will be emailed to you upon order completion. PC6 Maps can be emailed but the end user can not see the tune parameters in their power commanders WITHOUT dealer level ACCESS. If you need us to load these files and verify your setup. You will need to send your PC6 to us and we will need to return it to you. Freight charges and service are extra. Our PC6 Maps will leave a 0 map on the configurable end user tables and all modifications are done on the dealer level access BASE tables. So you still have a range of adjustments to work with. You're purchasing a map, not a diagnosis of your whole ATV

When you call in or place your order, you're going to be dealing with Eric or one of the mechanics. We love to help people but understand it is a business. $50 is not going to get us to fix your ATV over the phone for the next 45 minutes of tech support.
