Information:

• Anyone that owns a Razor knows the problems with the existing air intake system. We at EHS Racing have came up with the cure that plagued this otherwise great machine. Here are some pictures of our prototype Aluminum Airbox, at the moment it is still in the design and testing stage. But a finished solution is not far away. We are shooting for the first few weeks in 2008 to release it.



• There are some of the key benefits that the EHS Racing Intake system offers that are far superior to the stock design.
  
  It's a sealed system no more open gaps and holes that allow dust and debris to pass through.
  
  The airbox is rotated approximately 30 Degrees now, this allows a much more direct air entrance.
  
  The CVT exhaust is now incorporated into the intake box with a welded divider that separates intake from exhaust. No more pressure washing underneath and filling your clutch case with water.
  
  You can now gain access to the top aluminum air box without bed removal through the filter area.
  
  The existing air box cover hinge pin is removed and replaced with a spring clip that makes a makes tighter seal. No more leaking around lid area.
  
  By mounting the Air Box on the rear of the custom re-location bracket it closes the sloppy stock connection of the air tube between the throttle body and Air Box.
  
  
• We use quality components and fasteners Stainless Steel worm drive hose clamps, .1 thickness 5052 aluminum plate for air box construction. .125 6061 aluminum tubing for hose connections. Mixture of stainless and other fasteners all quality components.



• The replaceable filter is made from a water resistant material, so it will keep almost all water out of your air box.
• Cleaning is super easy, just take the filter and wash it under the sink.
• All Pieces are CNC milled for exact precision. Tig welding for clean finish.
• We have multiple color options to choose from for the removable filter, and anodized plates.

• We will also be offering a snorkel kits for those people that want snorkels for the deep stuff. Basically it will be everything from the bottom plate of the aluminum air box downwards. Customer will still have to plumb there own tubing through the top of the bed.
